OpusHub shall not be held liable for any failure to perform its obligations under these Terms if such failure is caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, acts of government, failure of third-party services, or technical failures.

OpusHub reserves the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this document. Continued use of the Services after any such changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
